With a soft opening the week leading up to New Year's Eve and an official inaugural bash on New Year's Day, Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer's Rockin' and Roastin' Café and Restaurant — At the Mountain is ready to help you while away the hours between ski runs down Sunday River this winter. The menu, visible in full below, is classic American fare with something for everyone, peppered with groan-worthy puns strictly for Aerosmith diehards, like a "Sweet Emotions" section for desserts, the "Living on the Wedge" Iceberg Salad, and "The Big Ten Inch"... Pizza category.

Named for Kramer's organic coffee roasting company and established as a collaboration with former Boston Red Sox vice chairman Les Otten, the year-round restaurant took over the home of Phoenix House and Well, undergoing serious renovations in the process. See the changes in the photos above, full of fan-service like Kramer's drum kit from The Global Warming Tour as well as massive wall renderings of Kramer himself, lest you forget whose house this is.

9 Timberline Drive, Newry, (207) 824-2222, website. Downstairs cafe open daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., upstairs restaurant open daily 2 to 9 p.m., bar open late.
