Scales Hiring for a September Opening on Portland's Waterfront

Planned for September, Dana Street's long anticipated Old Port waterfront seafood emporium is now officially called Scales, like its previous incarnation in Portland's dearly departed Public Market building.

Evidence is on the Eater Jobs marketplace, where Fore Street's upcoming sister restaurant is "looking for enthusiastic, talented culinary professionals to fill every level and station of our new restaurant kitchen, including Chef, Sous-chefs, Pastry Chef, Raw-bar, Garde-manger, Line Cooks, and Basic Preparation," according to a posting for Chef de Cuisine. Search zip code 04101 to find all of the restaurant's current listings.

Back of house hopefuls, polish those resumes.
