Things are looking up for Blaze — around this time last year the Bangor restaurant was shutting down brunch due to the city's disruptive construction, but this summer Blaze is doing its own renovation work, adding a second floor to the establishment. Expect another wood-fired oven along with a wood-fired grill and a full bar in the space, intended for special events and spillover seating on busy nights.
