The legalization of same-sex marriage in the U.S. hasn't led to any Old Testament-style ramifications, nor has it slowed Chick-Fil-A's expansion tear, despite the public homophobia of the company's CEO. Now Bangor is expected to get Maine's first outpost of the country's largest and most popular fried chicken chain. According to the Sun Journal, the restaurant is hoping to open by the end of 2016 at 663 Stillwater Avenue:
"According to records obtained from the city, Chick-fil-A is proposing a 4,975-square-foot facility with dual drive-through window service and seating for 150 guests: 134 inside and 16 outside."
