Portland's late night takeout spot is about to triple its seating capacity — and serve beer for the first time ever. Co-owner Randy Cruse of Blue Rooster Food Company shared with Eater that current renovations will shrink the kitchen slightly to make way for booths along the back right wall of the dining area, allowing close to 30 guests to dine in. The restaurant is installing a three-tap beer system, as well, with plans to sell both local craft beer and mass-produced stuff.
The owners expected the expansion to be completed within the week.
