What's the Nature of the Maintenance Taking Place at In'finiti?

Rumor has it there may be changes to the layout or even the concept when the space reopens.

In'finiti Fermentation & Distillation, FB

In'finiti Fermentation and Distillation is closed for two weeks for maintenance, according to its Facebook page. Sources have suggested that more than routine maintenance may be at the heart of the temporary closure, though.

One rumor has it that the upper level of booths and tables could be coming down. Another holds that the restaurant could be transitioning to more of a bar or even a music venue. Still a third theory is that the business will rebrand as "Liquid Riot." It's unlikely the production side of things will shrink or slow down, as the note promised "brewing and distilling will continue" — perhaps these operations could actually grow to occupy more of the interior.

What will In'finiti look like on the other side of this hiatus? Owner Eric Michaud hasn't yet had a chance to respond to inquiries, but stay tuned for updates.
