"[Duckfat has] managed to make cheap fast food like fries, sandwiches, sodas and donuts into something special, again by bringing back the quality and flavor that somehow got lost along the way," says critic Melissa Coleman. For this weekend's review, she dines with guest Ben Slayton, butcher/co-owner of Farmers' Gate Market and The Farm Stand.
