Rumor has it that Palace Diner in Biddeford may be ending its weekend dinner service in the near future. The critically acclaimed reimagining of Maine's oldest diner, which expanded its hours in April, received five stars from Dine Out Maine interim critic Melissa Coleman and showed up on Bon Appetit's list of 50 best new restaurants in America. Owners Greg Mitchell and Chad Conley said that no final decisions have been made and that they will make an official announcement when the time is right. If you've been putting off the trip to Biddeford, this might be a good time to make it happen.
