Portland Food Map reports on a pan-Mediterranean restaurant named Tiqa coming early next year to the 7,000 square foot space in the new Marriott Courtyard Hotel on Commercial Street: "Breaking with Portland's current trend of small plate restaurants, [owners Deen Haleem and wife Carol Mitchell] are planning a more traditional apps and entrees style menu."
