Dog Days of Summer

eater0614_mattbrown.jpegWeek Five of Blue Rooster Food Co.'s guest chef series yields "The Shepherd Dog" from chef Matt Brown, who runs the charitable Good Shepherd Food Truck. The ingredients: Baked and lightly puréed white beans; Balsamic-cooked red onions; dressed radicchio; and Dijon mustard. The dog should be available from later today through next Thursday. A portion of the proceeds of every specialty dog sold in the series benefits the Good Shepherd Food Bank.
