eater0614_phac.pngDuring Negroni Week 2014, presented by Imbibe and Campari from June 2-8, over 1000 bars worldwide "will be mixing up their favorite Negroni variations and donating a portion of proceeds from each one sold to a charity of their choice." Portland Hunt and Alpine Club, the only bar in Maine participating, will donate $2 to Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Southern Maine for each Negroni sold, including such versions as a Barrel-Aged and a Sbagliato (bubbly), alongside the Classic, which is equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.
