Let the online ordering begin: Elevation Burger opens today in the Old Port. Cooks were already practicing their craft Wednesday, wafting the scents of "better-for-you" beef onto the busy streets—much to the chagrin of hungry walk-ins who missed the (giant) signs that the restaurant was not yet officially open. The collective of burger chains now gathered within a two-block radius downtown needs a nickname. Suggestions?
