Shortly after yesterday's brewery news round-up went live, Tributary Brewing Co. announced a Kickstarter campaign. The $60,000 goal would fund ancillary equipment, which "isn't really necessary for brewing," but will improve the efficiency of brewing and the quality of the beer, as founder and head brewer Tod Mott explains in his polished video. Should the Kickstarter campaign prove successful—providing anything from a mill and auger system to a delivery vehicle for self-distribution—Tributary is aiming for a late June opening.
