D.L. Geary Brewing Company recently launched IXNAY, the first Maine-made gluten free beer. Instead of using gluten-free grains like sorghum or rice in place of barley, IXNAY uses an enzyme that breaks down the gluten. "We've been around for 30 years because we take the time and effort to find ways to differentiate ourselves from other brewers. It's that philosophy that resulted in the recipe for IXNAY," said D.L.
