1) Old Port: Timber Steakhouse and Rotisserie should open in mid-May. The restaurant from North Point co-owner Noah Talmatch will replace Oriental Table and, according to a tipster, features decor that's "modern yet very Maine." Here's an early menu. [EaterWire]

2) Munjoy Hill: Anticipated new restaurant Lolita will open next month from the owners of the now-shuttered Bar Lola. The "Old World bodega" will have a relaxed atmosphere, a menu of small, medium, large, "and larger" shared plates "with no real distinction between lunch and dinner, drinks and apps." Check out an early sample menu and read more about Stella and Guy Hernandez and their new concept. [BDN]

3) Bangor: Mexican restaurant Las Palapas is all set to start serving in May or early June. Managed by Eriberto "Eric" Guzman, it opens in place of Ninety Nine, which shuttered last September. [BDN]

4) Kickstartin': A barcade (that's a bar with games) hopes to open soon on Preble Street. Called Arcadia National Bar, it'll offer beer, classic arcade selections, and a variety of grilled cheese sandwiches, and you can back it right here. [TFP]

5) Portland: A new Mediterranean restaurant plans to open soon, according to Craiglist. The fine dining restaurant, Tiqa Grille, is now hiring chefs. Got more intel? Visit the tipline. [Craiglist via PFM]
