Take a Look at Lolita's Sample Menu

Lolita, the upcoming Munjoy Hill restaurant from former Bar Lola owners Guy and Stella Hernandez, submitted a liquor license application to the Portland City Council, reports Portland Food Map. According to the application, the 28-seat "Vinoteca" ("a welcoming neighborhood spot where wine plays a central role") and "Asador" (the kitchen will feature a custom wood grill) will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The intriguing sample menu submitted with the application includes items like Spanish sardines with housemade crackers, roasted peaches with hazelnuts and baby arugula, smoked squid with tarbais beans and tomato soffritto, and whole rabbit with tarragon spatzle and pickled cabbage.
