It only took restaurateurs Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier a year to sell the former Arrows property (asking price $1.2 million). As rumored last month, a new restaurant called The Velveteen Habit will be taking over the space in Ogunquit. Owner Benjamin Goldman and director of operations Brent Bushong closed on the property last Friday. Gaier tweeted a picture of the four plus Goldman's wife, Cris:

The Velveteen Habit tweeted the same picture with the note, "Today, we are honored to take a very bright torch from heroes of ours...stay tuned for TVH."
No further updates, meanwhile, on Gaier and Frasier's new Portland restaurant, which will be located in the under construction Press Hotel.
