Health Code Wire

janice%20cooper%20maine.jpgCities and towns could one day oversee their own restaurant inspections again instead of everything taking place at the state level, but the Maine Restaurant Association is "absolutely, 100 percent opposed" to returning to what it sees as an outdated system that was rife with issues.
