Maine Sunday Telegram critic John Golden sticks around the peninsula again this week, reviewing 20 Milk Street, the restaurant at the Portland Regency Hotel. He gives it three stars, enjoying its "very civilized" dining room and many of the steak and seafood dishes while finding duck confit tater tots to be a "messy configuration" as an appetizer. "As Portland's restaurant universe grows by leaps and bounds with inventive cooking at so many of our newest establishments, 20 Milk Street has a rightful place in this town's dining hierarchy."
