PORTLAND— American Sommelier's series of Sunday wine classes in Maine kicks off Sept. 29 at Vignola Cinque Terre with "Build a Strong Foundation: An Introduction to Viticulture, Vinification and Tasting." The two hour tastings and educational seminars are $60 each, with discounts available for multiple sessions. There are seven classes planned with different themes.
