On Sunday, Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier, the chef-owners of Arrows in Ogunquit, are celebrating the 25th anniversary of their flagship restaurant with a gala celebration for the ages, starting at 6 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres and champagne outdoors, followed by a tour of the renowned Arrows gardens and then a multi-course dinner prepared by a laundry list of outstanding chefs.
