Empire Chinese Kitchen just opened yesterday, but the cock had barely crowed this morning before John Golden had a blog post up describing two meals there. Between lunch and dinner, he samples much of the menu, gives everything good marks, and provides this Goldenian gem: "Back at dinner the nighttime crowd is far different from the more staid passersby who may have stumbled in at the noon hour.
