John Golden seems to have hardly left Boone's Fish House & Oyster Room since it opened last week and he's posted his first impressions on his Golden Dish blog after four meals there. Golden's detailed report casts the restaurant and its owner, Harding Lee Smith, in a much more favorable light than the wacky "review" we got from another blogger. Writes Golden: "The prices at Harding's fourth 'room' are reasonable, the ambiance enticingly cool and the kitchen is making a compelling statement already." [TGD]
