The highly anticipated Boone's Fish House & Oyster Room from Harding Lee Smith, originally slated to open the past spring, sent out a press release touting its creation of 60 jobs and recapping Smith's chef restructuring at all his Rooms. Sean Doherty, previously the chef de cuisine at the Corner Room, will assume the same position at Boone's. Bryan Dame will be the executive chef at Boone's.
