Ideal Bakery will be the name of Jay Villani's upcoming Congress Street bakery, per a Facebook post. Early last month, eight name finalists were announced on the same page, but Ideal Bakery did not make that list, rising out of a floury nowhere to win the honors. The bakery will open "later this summer." Villani, of Local 188 and Sonny's fame, will also be opening Salvage BBQ sometime this summer, ideally. [FB]
