Tuscan Brick Oven Bistro is now open at 140 Main Street in Freeport in the old Siano's space, reports the Tri-Town Weekly. It's owned by Olympia Sports baron Ed Manganello, who also owns Royal River Grillhouse in Yarmouth. While the name gives pretty good insight into the inspiration and menu, executive chef Tony Merrill says there is also an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients. [TTW]
