Jay Villani's soon-to-be-bakery in Portland's West End still doesn't have a name. Here's the shortlist, according to Facebook; feel free to weigh in: doh!; Yeast Meets West; Bramhall Bakery; Bake Station; Rise; West End Bakery; Flour Power; Bird in the Hand. The building looks pretty grim right now, but when Villani and co. get finished, expect it to be as sharp as the rest of his empire (Local 188, Sonny's, Salvage BBQ). [FB]
