2013_5_bluerooster.JPGThe Portland Phoenix's Brian Duff has mostly good things to say about the "high-end informal" offerings at the Blue Rooster Food Company. While he has a few criticisms (a bahn mi that seems pricey, "overly candified" grilled Brussels sprouts, "too much kitchen"), he says the small sandwich and late-night spot takes its ingredients seriously, which makes for some impressive results.—Tom Minervino [PP]
