WESTBROOK — PHOever Maine is getting ready to open at 100 Larrabee Road in the former Top Dogs location, according to the American Journal. SOUTH PORTLAND — Qdoba Mexican Grill, which does not currently have a Maine location, will be opening in the Maine Mall food court this fall, according to a sign posted in the mall.
