Two new eateries are under construction in Portland, according to Portland Food Map. Portland & Rochester Public House is coming to 120 Preble St., previously G&R DeMillo's. Anya Arsenault, owner of the wildly popular Boothbay Harbor waffle stand and ice cream parlor, Wannawaf, is opening her second location in the former home of Cobblestones at 15 Monument Square (right).
