"Hush, Hush," The Portland Hunt & Alpine Club's underground, invite-only cocktail party will go public with "not so Hush, Hush" on Thursday, April 18 at Eventide Oyster Co.. in Portland's Old Port. From 5 to 7 p.m. Chefs Andrew Taylor and Mike Wiley will present a line-up of off-the-menu dishes to go with PH&AC's Andrew Volk's series of cocktails.
