A new writer named Tori Toothaker visits Duckfat in Portland for Maine Magazine's Eat Maine blog and the result is not so much a review as a love letter to "one of Portland's most deserving favorites." Toothaker is charmed by everything about the place, especially the fries: "A warning to the wise: the tasting of a Duckfat fry will ruin all other regular french fries for you." [MM]
