Han Xu, a native of China, has opened Fuji Sakura, a sushi and hibachi restaurant upstairs from the China Rose (right) in Freeport, according to the Tri-Town Weekly. Xu and her husband, Dong, who previously worked in Asian restaurants in Wisconsin and Brooklyn, N.Y. purchased the China Rose four months ago from longtime owner Cuong Ly. [TTW]
