PORTLAND — Do you know the handsome gents pictured above? Well, you should, they are four of Portland's finest chefs and they will be competing in a cooking challenge modeled on Food Network's Chopped, to benefit Share Our Strength's Cooking Matters program, in partnership with Good Shepherd Food Bank. Chefs Mitch Gerow of East Ender, Jason Loring of Nosh Kitchen Bar, Jeff Landry of The Farmer's Table and Peter Sueltenfuss of Grace will compete on Sunday, May 19 at Grace, to impress a panel of judges that includes Chopped Champion Rob Evans of Duckfat and Joe Ricchio of Food Coma TV. BRUNSWICKTao Restaurant hosts Dim Sum Sunday Brunch the last Sunday of each month; this Sunday, April 28, chefs Cara and Cecile Stadler are adding some new dumplings to the mix. Beginning May 1, Tao will be open until 9:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
