The scrubbed and revamped Porthole Restaurant & Pub is on its shakedown cruise this week, opening for breakfast to "work out the kinks and train our waitstaff and cooks." There's a nice-looking lobster benedict on the menu and much anticipation about what chef Jesse Poirier has in the works.
