Starting in June, it will no longer be just Japanese food on the menu at Portland's Miyake, according to an announcement on the restaurant's website. In order to use some of the products from Miyake farm, "Chef Masa Miyake will be restructuring the menu to combine the Japanese knowledge of food for which he is so well known with a variety of international cuisines from his extensive culinary background.
