What a guy. Just days after he called legislation to allow bars to pour their first pints of Guinness at 6 a.m. on St. Patrick's Day "garbage," Gov. Paul LePage signed the bill yesterday. His office tweeted this photo, calling the Gov.'s change of heart a "gesture of goodwill." Among those over the rainbow about the change is Dan Steele, co-owner of Brian Boru in Portland, who said, "St. Patrick's Day isn't just our biggest day. It is four times bigger than any other day."
