Bangor will get its first pho when Little Vietnam opens at 3 p.m. today at 687 Hogan Rd. in the Maine Square. This is the soft opening, with free samples of various dishes on the menu, according to the restaurant's Facebook page - the grand opening is tomorrow. [FB]
