The Oriental Table, an Exchange Street fixture since 1995, will close at the end of the month, according to The Portland Press Herald. Owner Yan Lam says "a series of frustrating disputes with his landlord is forcing him to shut the restaurant down;" while landlord Joe Palacci is "perplexed by suggestions of a disagreement." [PPH]
