Congrats to Rob Evans of Portland's Duckfat, who came out on top in Round 4 of Chopped Champions last night. In an interview with Food Network, Rob said he "was more aggressive this time with creativity," turning the dessert basket of maraschino cherries, canned espresso, Greek yogurt and corn nuts into "espresso trifle topped with a smoked cream and corn nut crumble," to beat chef Jean-Louis Gerin. Rob now goes on to the final round, which airs next Tuesday, Feb. 12.
