While you're writing love notes, buying chocolate, flowers and naughty undergarments, don't forget to vote for Maine's Hottest Chef 2013! Stay tuned to Eater Maine all day long as we narrow the field of 12 hot chefs down to four semifinalists and finally, one serious hottie. Matt Chamberlain of Portland's The Crooked Mile Cafe came out on top in Round One; Zapoteca chef/co-owner Shannon Bard took the prize in Round Two. In Round Three, it's a battle between Steve Corry of Portland's Five Fifty-Five; Ian Driscoll of Grace, also in Portland and Joe Perry of The Brick House in Searsport. Maine's winner will compete against Eater's hottest chefs from around the country in a grande finale on Eater National. Reminder, each poll is open for one hour.
