FREEPORT — The farm-to-table concept is getting ratcheted up at The Harraseeket Inn's restaurant, which is being renamed Maine Harvest to reflect the changes. According to The Maine Travel Maven blog, innkeeper Chip Gray and chef Eric Flynn are partnering with MOFGA and Maine Farmland Trust, "formalizing the relationship" the inn has always had with its suppliers. "The restaurant remains open as the changes evolve, with a grand opening expected in early summer." [MTM]
