Chef Jason Williams has life pretty well figured out. In the summer, he runs his restaurant-in-a-field, The Well at Jordan's Farm in Cape Elizabeth (right). In the winter, the avid snowboarder heads for the mountains; he's just wrapped up a gig cooking for the Burton team at the X-Games in Aspen. Next up, according to an interview with Jason on the Burton website: "In mid-February I am heading up to Cordova, Alaska for ten and a half weeks, to Points North Heli Adventures, where I am the chef for that whole operation." Niiiice.
