Its, um, unfortunate location on a barren Portland corner aside, 3 Buoys Seafood Shanty & Grille gets four stars in a cheap eats review from The Portland Press Herald. Admitting to liking but not loving seafood, a clam strip roll makes the unnamed reviewer swoon: "The roll was buttered and grilled to high-cholesterol perfection, and was the perfect home for the hot and crispy clams."
