Three Maine restaurants are named on Open Table's just-released list of "Top 100 Most Romantic Restaurants in the U.S." for 2013. The list is dominated by Hawaii and California, so three is a big deal. And they are, drumroll please: Carmen at The Danforth in Portland; On The Marsh Bistro in Kennebunkport (pictured); and White Barn Inn in Kennebunk. [OT]
