Ryan McCaskey — a longtime summer resident of Deer Isle and chef/owner of Chicago's acclaimed Acadia — is one of 10 chefs to reveal their "bucket list" restaurants to Gourmet Live. (It's a rarefied list; Rene Redzepi of Noma in Copenhagen and Daniel Humm of Eleven Madison Park in NYC are among the other chefs.)
