Seafood Seeker Finds Much To Like At Carmen

New, 1 comment

Eimear Lynch, Word of Mouth editor for Conde Nast Traveler, finds the Maine seafood she's searching for at newly opened Carmen at the Danforth in the Danforth Inn in Portland's West End. "Lobster fritters with key-lime mayo, freshly shucked fried oysters, grilled lobster with a salad of hearts of palm and grapefruit, and razor clam ceviche." She also suggests a day trip to Portland as an add-on to a recent CNT feature, Weekend Getaways: 72 Hours in Kennebunkport Maine, which highlighted restaurants 50 Local, Cape Porpoise Kitchen, Hurricane and the Clam Shack.
