Freeport Seafood Co. opened yesterday in a spot that was last occupied by a Pedro O'Hara's outlet. In addition to burgers, pub classics and traditional seafood dishes, the menu features a number of items starring lobster - lobster pot pie, lobster cobb salad, lobster mac n' cheese. The "local po' boy" sandwich will change daily. There's full bar and the small wine list is categorized by "interesting" whites and reds. The Portland Press Herald reports that the chef is Emmy Anderson, formerly of Cape Arundel Inn in Kennebunkport and Seasons Grille in Portland.
