Bravo has announced the contestants of season four of Top Chef Masters, premiering July 25. Maine will be represented by the likeable and much-lauded Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier of Arrows and MC Perkins Cove in Ogunquit (also owners of Summer Winter in Burlington, Mass.). The nearly inseparable duo, who together won the James Beard Foundation Award for "Best Chef, Northeast" in 2010 will be competing against each other for the prize of $100,000 for their chosen charity: Gaier for Equality Maine Foundation and Frasier for Outright Lewiston/Auburn. Host Curtis Stone returns, along with judges Ruth Reichl and James Oseland; new judges are Francis Lam, editor of Gilt Taste and food and travel writer Krista Simmons. Eater National has the complete list and a preview video.
