PORTLAND - Soup Boutique, a food truck operated by Hood Dairy, will be in Portland tomorrow through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. offering free soup samples. One of the soup recipes is by local chef Jeff Landry, of The Farmer's Table; the other is from Boston-area caterer Jonathan Dunn of Lavishly Dunn Catering. Fans can track the truck on Facebook and on Twitter using the hashtag #HoodSoupTruck to win a Hood Soup Boutique prize package, which includes a $100 restaurant gift card, coupons, cookware, and a cookbook. Hood is also donating $1 to The Good Shepherd Food Bank for each soup sample distributed. [Eater Wire]
